Success Trade, Inc. Promissory Notes Sold By Hodge Brahmbhatt, Success Trade Securities, and Jade Private Wealth Management
Carlson & Associates, P.A. currently represents several current and former professional athletes who have lost money in Success Trade, Inc. Promissory Notes. All of the players were clients of Jinesh Brahmbhatt, also known as Hodge Brahmbhatt, his investment advisory firm, Jade Private Wealth Management, and his broker-dealer, Success Trade Securities.
Beginning in 2009, and continuing over a span of five years, Success Trade Securities and Brahmbhatt sold to their customers promissory notes issued by Success Trade. Since March 2009, Success Trade has not generated sufficient revenues to pay its expenses, including principal and interest owed on the notes. Success Trade has relied primarily on capital raised from the sale of new notes to keep the company solvent. Success Trade has been able to meet its monthly interest obligations on the notes only by selling additional notes and using those proceeds to make payments to existing noteholders.
On November 15, 2013, FINRA banned Brahmbhatt for life from the securities industry. On June 25, 2014, a FINRA hearing panel expelled Success Trade Securities and banneded its CEO, Fuad Ahmed, from the securities industry.
